What would the world be like without pets?

Truthfully?  I just can’t imagine.

We have two outside dogs, Sasha (a lab/shepherd mix) and Winston (a shelter dog of mixed parentage), two inside lap dogs, Pebbles (a shih tzu), Pistol Lee ( a Pomeranian) plus one of our residents dog Annie (a westie) and six outside  cats.  If you hate animals, you probably won’t like it here. If you crave the love and attention of pets, you will probably think this is the best place ever. Our home is full of love.

Photos won’t give you the whole picture,

but it helps to give you an idea.

Notice how often Pistol Lee puts himself in the photo? What a ham!

Seating in the Arizona Room. Tea or cards anyone?

It is just really hard to beat sitting out in the Arizona Room. The view is amazing. There is also an open porch with seating right next to the Arizona Room.

Mark and Rachelle’s many years of experience tells them that having guests in the home and including  residents in entertaining friends, improves quality of life for everyone.  Many elderly people have become isolated over time and visitors along with laughter can change a persons outlook on life.

What makes us really stand out? We live here with the residents.

It’s our home too.

If it’s good enough for us, it’s good enough for everyone.
